高血压患者尿微量白蛋白检测分析

摘    要:目的分析高血压患者尿微量白蛋白检测结果,探讨尿微量白蛋白在高血压病发生发展中的意义。方法选择80例患者均为我中心社区慢病管理的高血压患者为观察组,选取同时期来我中心健康体检的健康体检者80例为正常对照组,对两组患者的尿微量白蛋白进行检测并对结果进行比较。结果I级高血压患者尿微量白蛋白的检测结果为(15.34±2.51)mg/L,Ⅱ级高血压患者尿微量白蛋白的检测结果为(36.25±4.28)mg/L,Ⅲ级高血压患者尿微量白蛋白的检测结果为(59.49±5.46)mg/L,均显著高于对照组的(5.44±1.38)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论高血压患者存在不同程度早期肾损害,尿微量白蛋白测定可作为高血压早期肾损害的敏感指标,采样方便、无创伤性、方法简单、快速,对于高血压肾病的早期发现、诊断和治疗具有重要价值,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To analye hypertension urinary albumin detection results,and to discuss urinary albumin in the development of hypertension significance. Methods Selected 80 patients were admitted to my community chronic disease management center with hy- pertension in the observation group,select the same period to my community chronic disease management center health examination were 80 cases of healthy control group, compared groups urine protein test resuhs. Results Class I patient's hypertension urine protein test result is(15.34± 2.51)mg/L, Ⅱ hypertensive patient's urine protein level test results for the(36.25 ± 4.28)mg/L, Illhypertensive patient's urine protein level test results for the(59.49 ±5.46)mg/L,were significantly higher than the(5.44 ± 1.38 )mg/L, class Ⅱ hypertension patients were significantly higher than hypertension grade I patients,Class III hypertension patients were significantly higher than Class I and Class 11 hypertension patients,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Hypertensive pa- tients have varying degrees of early renal damage,urinary albumin as a blood pressure measurement can be a sensitive indicator of early renal damage, convenience sampling, non-invasive method is simple, fast, hypertension, renal disease for early detection, diagnosis and treatment of great value,worthy of clinical application.
