心理护理干预对乳腺癌患者不良情绪及治疗依从性的影响

目的探讨心理护理干预对乳腺癌患者不良情绪和治疗依从性的影响及意义。方法将130例乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各65例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予心理护理干预，观察两组患者治疗期间不良情绪和治疗依从性情况，并进行对比分析。结果观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分均较护理前明显降低，组内比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；且观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组优良率明显高于对照组，组问比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论心理护理能有效改善乳腺癌患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪，在提高治疗依从性的同时，改善了患者生活质量，是一种较佳的护理方案，值得临床推广应用。

The Impact of Psychological Nursing Intervention on the Negative Emotion and Treatment Compliance of Patients with Breast Cancer

Objective To investigate the effect and significance of psychological nursing intervention on the negative emotion and treatment compliance of patients with breast cancer. Methods All of 130 cases with breast cancer were randomly divided into the ob- servation group and the control group, with 65 cases in each group. The control group received conventional care, and on the basis of the control group,the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention. Treatment compliance and negative emotion during the treatment were observed and comparatively analyzed. Results The SAS, SDS scores of the observation group after care were signif- icantly lower than those before care,which had significant differences（P〈0.05）;The SAS,SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after the care,and there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈 0.05） ;Excellent rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,which was significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological care can improve anxiety,depression and other negative emotions of patients with breast cancer,and improve the lives of patients while improving the treatment compliance,which is a better care program and worthy of clinical application.
