脑卒中后抑郁症患者心理健康状况研究

目的探讨脑卒中后抑郁症患者心理健康状况。方法对70例脑卒中患者进行抑郁自评量表（SDS）、汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）以及心理健康测查表（PHI）测查，把70例患者分为抑郁组和非抑郁对照组，两组PHI结果进行比较，抑郁组与常模进行比较。结果抑郁组PHI的F、SOM、DEP、ANX、PSD、HYP、UNR高于非抑郁组（P=0．000），抑郁组男女性的L、F、SOM、DEP、ANX、PSD、HYP、UNR、HMA均高于常模（P〈0．001），抑郁组男女性比较无显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论脑卒中后抑郁症患者心理问题严重，必须引起注意。

The Study of Mental Health in Post Stroke Depression Patients

Objective To study mental health in post stroke depression patients. Methods All of 70 stroke patients were evaluated by HAMD, PHI and SDS. 70 stroke patients were divided in to a depressed group and a non-depressed group. The results of two groups of the PHI were compared each other, and the depression group compared with normal value. Results The total points of the HAMD≥8 was 42, the depression group was 60 percent. The scores of the F, SOM, DEP , ANX , PSD, HYP, UNR of the PHI in the depression group were higher than the non-depressed group （P=0.000）. The scores of the L, F, SOM, DEP, ANX, PSD, HYP, UNR, HMA in male and female were higher than the normal value（P〈0.001）. Depression group ,men and women no significant difference in PHI. Conclusion Dost stroke depression patients had a serious psychological problems, requires attention.
