低位直肠癌保肛手术的临床效果评价

目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛手术的临床效：果。方法选择我院2004年4月～2006年9月收治的低位直肠癌患者42例，随机分为研究组和对照组。两组患者经相关检查后，研究组行经腹直肠癌前切除手术方案，而对照组则行腹会阴联合切除手术方案，观察分析两组患者的手术时间、日排便次数、术后恢复控制大便时间以及局部复发和5年生存情况。结果与对照组相比，研究组手术时间、术后日排便次数、术后恢复控制大便时间均好于对照组，差异有显著性，但局部复发率和5年生存率差异无显著性。两组患者均无严重并发症发生。结论低位直肠癌保肛手术时间短，术后日排便次数明显减少，术后恢复控制大便时间短，并发症少，是低位直肠癌患者较为理想的手术方法，值得临床推广和应用。

Evaluation of Curative Effect on Sphincter-preserving Surgery for Low Position Rectal Cancer

Objective To investigate curative effect on sphincter-preserving surgery for low position rectal cancer. Methods From April 2004 to September 2006,42 patients with low position rectal cancer were treated in our hospital, which were randomly divided into study group and control group. Two groups of patients by the relevant examination, the study group patients undergoing transab- dominal anterior resection of rectal cancer operation scheme, while the control group patients go abdominoperineal resection operation scheme. Two groups of patients were observed and analyzed operation time, daily stool frequency, stool control of postoperative recovery time, complications, local recurrence, 5-year survival situation. Results Compared with the control group, the study group operative time, postoperative day bowel movements, bowel control postoperative recovery time were significantly different, but the local recurrence rate and 5-year survival rate was no significant difference. Two groups of patients had no severe complications. Conclusion Sphinc- ter-preserving surgery for low position rectal cancer time is short, stool frequency significantly reduced, postoperative recovery control stools are shorter, less complications, is the ideal surgical approach in patients with low rectal cancer, and worthy of further clinical application.
