三种肿瘤标志物联合测定诊断结直肠癌的价值

目的研究肿瘤相关糖类抗原50（carbohydrate antigen50，CA50）、糖类抗原199（carbohydrate antigen19—9，CA199）和糖类抗原242（carbohydrate antigen242，CA242）三种肿瘤标志物在结直肠癌诊断中的价值。方法采用北京科美东雅化学发光分析仪和北京科美东稚公司生产的配套试剂盒，检验56例结直肠癌患者、60例健康人血清中CA50、CA199、CA242值。结果结直肠癌患者血清中CA50、CA199、CA242与正常人比较差异有显着性（P〈0．01），CA50、CA199、CA242单独检测时敏感性分别为67．3％、61．3％、74．2％，联合测定CA50、CA199、CA242敏感性为86．4％、特异性为88．1％。结论血清CA50、CA199和CA242i种肿瘤标志物联合检测有助于结直肠癌的早期诊断，可提高结直肠癌诊断的敏感性和特异性。

Three Kinds of Tumor Markers in Colorectal Cancer Diagnostic Value of Determination

Objective To study the diagnosis value of eolorectal cancer by using three kinds tumor markers,carbohydrate antigen 50 （CA50）, carbohydrate antigen199 （CA 199 ）, carbohydrate antigen 242 （CA242）. Methods Beijing Chemelin using chemiluminescence ,malyzer and Beijing Chemclin company supporting kit to test 56 cases colorectal cancer patients, 60 healthy human serum CA50, CA199,CA242 values. Results The difference of colorectal cancer patients in CA50,CAI99,CA242 and normal was significant（P〈 0.01 ）. CA50,CA199,CA242 alone detection sensitivity was 67.3%,61.3%,74.2%.The joint determination of CA50,CA199, CA242 sensitivity of 86.4%;specific.ity of 88.1%. Conclusion Serum CA50,CA199 and CA242 these three tumor markers in colorectal cancer rest helps early diagnosis of eoloreetal cancer can improve the diagnostic sensitiviiy and specificity.
