| 摘 要： | 目的探讨餐后2h血糖水平对于诊断糖尿病的意义。方法选择1047例糖尿病疑似患者进行口服糖耐量试验。结果分别以餐后2h血糖及空腹血糖水平作为糖尿病诊断标准，进行比较。以餐后血糖为诊断标准仅为以空腹为诊断标准漏诊率的1/8。结论2hPG做为诊断标准更有利于患者及早发现、控制糖尿病，也更具有临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To examine the relationship between the sessed the role of 2h PG in the diagnosis of diabetes. Methods was analyzed. Results The misdiagnosis rate by 2h PG was only sensitive for diagnosis diabetes than FPG. Fast Plasma Glucose and the Postprandial Plasma Glucose,and as- OGTF was carried out on 1047 patients and 2h PG and FPG level 1/8 of that by FPG. Conclusion The result shows 2h PG is more |
