门诊护理干预对糖尿病患者降糖治疗效果的影响分析

目的开展门诊护理干预措施对糖尿病患者降糖治疗效果的影响分析。方法以2008年1月～2010年6月于我院就诊的180例糖尿病患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组患者治疗方法相同，观察组给予护理干预措施，对照组不给予护理干预措施，随访1年，观察两组患者的血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标的差别。结果干预前后两组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均有下降，而观察组下降更多，均在正常水平内（P〈0．05）。结论在常规用药的基础上，给予门诊糖尿病患者护理干预措施，可帮助患者有效控制血糖，减少血糖波动和低血糖的发生。

Impact Analysis of Hypoglycemic Treatment Effect for Diabetes Patients with Outpatient Care Intervention

Objective To conduct the impact analysis of hypoglycemic treatment effect for diabetes patients with outpatient care intervention. Methods Took 180 cases of diabetic patients in our hospital from January 2008 to June 2010,and randomly divided them into two groups of obsevation group and control group. The two groups of patients were treated in the same way. Conducted the observation group the nursing interventions while the control group did not conduct it. Follow-up of 1 year were observed in patients with blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin and other indicators of difference. Results Two groups patients before and after intervention fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial glucose,glycated hemoglobin levels decreased in the observation group decreased more,were within normal levels（P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional medicine to give patients with diabetes outpatient care interventions can help patients control blood sugar,reduce blood sugar fluctuations and hypoglycemia.
