香丹注射液辅助治疗小儿肺炎86例疗效观察

目的观察香丹注射液辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法将171例患儿随机分为丹参治疗组和对照组分别为86例、85例。香丹治疗组用常规治疗及加用香丹注射液;对照组为常规治疗。比较治疗后症状、体征及肺部湿性啰音消失及疗程结束时间。结果治疗组总有效率为96.52%,对照组总有效率为82.35%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组从症状改善时间方面相比,治疗组也明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论香丹注射液辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎有较好辅助治疗作用。

Xiangdan Injection adjuvant therapy in children with pneumonia of 86 cases

Objective Observation of Xiangdan injection in adjuvant treatment of infant bronchial pneumonia clinical curative effect.Methods 171 patients were randomly divided into Salvia miltiorrhiza in treating group and control group 86,85 patients.Alternative treatment group was treated with routine treatment and combined with Xiangdan Injection;The control group with conventional treatment.Comparison of symptoms after treatment、Symptoms and lung wet rales disappear and the end of treatment time.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.52%,The control group was 82.35%,There were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Two groups from the symptoms improved time compared to,The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangdan injection in assisted treatment of infant bronchial pneumonia has a good role of adjuvant therapy.
