多西他赛化疗为主治疗食管癌疗效分析

目的探讨与分析多西他赛化疗为主治疗食管癌的临床疗效。方法选取2009年6月—2011年6月来我院接受非手术治疗的48例食管癌患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予以多西他赛治疗,实验组予以多西他赛联合顺铂治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果对照组客观缓解率为66.67%,实验组客观缓解率为75.00%,两组临床疗效经比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组的不良反应主要为胃肠道反应,骨髓抑制,及脱发。其中仅胃肠道反应发生率两组经比较（对照组11例,发生率为45.83%;实验组18例,发生率为75%）差异有统计学意义,（χ2=4.27,P〈0.05）。结论多西他赛单纯化疗与多西他赛联合顺铂化疗的临床疗效接近,但前者的不良反应明显低于后者。

The Analysis of Docetaxel chemotherapy in Treatment of Esophageal Cance

Objective Discussion and analysis of docetaxel chemotherapy in treatment of esophageal cancer and the clinical efficacy.Methods From 2009 June to 2011 June in our hospital to accept non operation treatment of 48 cases of esophageal carcinoma patients as the object of study,were randomly divided into two groups,the control group to docetaxel therapy,experimental group to docetaxel combined with cisplatin in the treatment of.Comparison of two groups of clinical curative effect.Results In the control group of objective response rate was 66.67%,the experimental group objective response rate was 75%,two groups of clinical curative effect by comparison,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Two groups of the main adverse effects were gastrointestinal tract reaction,bone marrow inhibition,and hair loss.Only one of the gastrointestinal tract reaction rate by comparing two groups(11 cases in the control group,the incidence of 45.83%;the experimental group 18 cases,the incidence rate of 75%) has significant difference(χ2 =4.27,P <0.05).Conclusion Docetaxel chemotherapy with docetaxel combined with cisplatin chemotherapy approach,but the adverse reaction was lower than the latter.
