消毒防护措施对综合性医院SARS暴发流行的控制

目的：研究和探讨综合医院内SARS暴发流行后，消毒防护措施对疫情传播和流行的控制作用。方法：按照“普遍预防消毒、严格随时消毒和彻底终末消毒”的策略对院内各区域进行全面消毒。比较每日消毒剂使用量与每日新发病例数及防护用品使用量的关系。结果：“普遍预防消毒、严格随时消毒和彻底终末消毒”措施降低了院内每日新增病例数，同时减少了防护用品的使用量。按照不同区域进行消毒的策略有助于控制SARS在院内的流行。结论：综合消毒措施的实施对减少院内每日新发病例数起到一定的作用。科学的消毒方案结合其他控制策略，能够成功地控制综合医院内SARS疫情的暴发。

Effect of control via disinfective and safety measures in nosocomial outbreak and epidemic of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS)

Objective:To study and discuss the effective of disinfective and safety measures in nosocomial outbreak and epidemic of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).Methods:A strategy of preventive disinfecting at large , momentarily strict disinfecting and quite end disinfecting measures were used in nosocomial transmission control. The usage of everyday disinfector, preventive materials and the numbers of everyday new cases were mapped in order to show the relationship of the control measures and their effectiveness.Results:The usage of disinfector was effective in decreasing the new incidence of SARS. and reduces the quantity of preventive materials which were used to prevent SARS. The strategy of disinfection in classified area was effective in controlling the epidemic of SARS in a hospital.Conclusion:The implementation of correct disinfection scheme and other control strategy were effective in preventing further transmission of this disease in hospital.
