“十四五”时期中医药现代化主要研究方向的探讨

目的 对“十四五”时期中医药现代化的主要研究方向进行探讨,以期进一步推进中医药现代化的研究进展。方法 本文分别从中医药防治疫病、中医四诊及中药功效指标、中医影像学、中药材质量及优质标准、中药上市后临床实效证据、现代中药质控体系、中药安全性、中药农业现代化和中医药人工智能等研究方向进行探讨。结果 在“十四五”时期要深入开展中医药防治疫病的研究,加快实现中医四诊和中药功效的客观化,推进中医影像学的发展,加强中药材质量控制,推行中药材优质标准,开展已上市中成药的比较实效研究,实现中药生产全过程的质量控制,强化对中药安全性的研究,推进中药农业现代化建设,积极开展中医药人工智能的研究。结论 “十四五”时期是我国开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的第一个五年,内涵丰富,意义重大。中医药现代化建设在“十四五”时期应乘势而上,加速发展。

Discussion on Primary Research Direction of Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Period of the "14th Five-year Plan"

Objective To discuss the main research direction of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the period of the "14^th Five-Year Plan", with a view to further advance the research progress of modernization of TCM.Methods This article focused on the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases of TCM, the four diagnostics and the efficacy indicators of TCM, the Chinese medicine imaging, the quality and quality standards of Chinese medicinal materials, the clinical evidence of the post-marketing of Chinese medicine, the quality control system of modern Chinese medicine, the safety of TCM, the modernization of Chinese medicine agriculture, and the artificial intelligence of TCM.Results In the period of the "14^th Five-Year Plan", it was necessary to carry out the research on the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases of TCM, accelerate to realize the objectification of the four diagnosis and efficacy of TCM, promote the development of Chinese medicine imaging, strengthen the quality control of Chinese medicinal materials, implement high-quality standards for Chinese medicinal materials, carry out the research on the comparative effectiveness of listed Chinese patent medicines, realize the quality control of the whole process of Chinese medicine production, strengthen the research on the safety of TCM, promote the modernization of Chinese medicine agriculture, and actively carry out research on artificial intelligence in TCM.Conclusion The "14^th Five-Year Plan" period is the first five years that our country embarks on a new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way, with has rich connotations and great significance. The modernization of TCM should also take advantage of the momentum during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period and accelerate its development.
