Effect of double heart nursing mode in chronic heart failure complicated with depression

Objective To observe the application effect of double heart nursing mode in the nursing of patients with chronic heart failure complicated with depression.Methods From September 2018 to October 2019,96 patients with chronic heart failure complicated with depression in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected for investigation and research and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given double heart nursing mode.The scores of the nursing satisfaction degree,self rating depression scale(SDS) and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After the nursing intervention,the nursing satisfaction degree score of the observation group was(92.2±2.3) scores,higher than that of the control group with(75.6±6.2) scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of material life,social ability,physical ability and psychological ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of double heart nursing mode in the nursing of chronic heart failure combined with depression was obvious,which could effectively improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients,improve the depression state,and improve the quality of life,which was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
