知柏地黄丸治疗复发性口腔溃疡的效果分析

目的采用前瞻性随机临床对照研究方法探讨知柏地黄丸治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2020年1月在天津市北辰区果园新村街社区卫生服务中心治疗的86例复发性口腔溃疡患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,使用知柏地黄丸治疗,8丸/次,3次/d,两组疗程均为21 d。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的溃疡面积、视觉模拟评分(VAS)和复发率。结果治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%;观察组复发率为2.33%,低于对照组的13.95%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的溃疡面积明显小于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对复发性口腔溃疡采用知柏地黄丸治疗可提高治疗效果,促进溃疡愈合,减少复发风险,值得临床推广应用。

Effect analysis of Zhibai Dihuang Pill on recurrent oral ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhibai Dihuang Pill in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer by prospective randomized controlled clinical study.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,86 patients with recurrent oral ulcer in Tianjin Beichen District Guoyuanxincun Street Community Health Service Center were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Pill on the basis of the control group,8 pills/time,3 times/d,and the treatment course of both groups was 21 days.The clinical efficacy,ulcer area,visual analogue score(VAS) and recurrence rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,higher than 76.74% of the control group;the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.33%,lower than 13.95% of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ulcer area of the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group;VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhibai Dihuang Pill for recurrent oral ulcer could improve the treatment effect,promote ulcer healing and reduce the risk of recurrence,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
