参苓白术散联合微生态疗法、锌剂对腹泻患者的临床疗效

目的探讨参苓白术散联合微生态疗法、锌剂对腹泻患者的临床疗效。方法112例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56例,对照组给予微生态疗法、锌剂,观察组在对照组基础上加用参苓白术散,疗程7 d。检测症状改善情况、临床疗效、中医证候评分、血清指标(5-HT、NPY、VIP)、免疫功能指标(IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组症状改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、5-HT、VIP降低(P<0.05),NPY、免疫功能指标升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论参苓白术散联合微生态疗法、锌剂对腹泻患者临床疗效明显,安全性较高。

Clinical effects of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with microecological therapy and zinc agent on patients with diarrhea

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with microecological therapy and zinc agent on patients with diarrhea.METHODS One hundred and twelve patients were randomly assigned into control group(56 cases)for 7-day administration of microecological therapy and zinc agent,and observation group(56 cases)for 7-day administration of Shenling Baizhu Powder,microecological therapy and zinc agent.The changes in symptom improvement condition,clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,serum indices(5-HT,NPY,VIP),immune function indices(IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3⁺,CD4⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺)and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated better ymptom improvement condition than the control group(P<0.05),along with higher total effective rate(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed decreased TCM syndrome scores,5-HT and VIP(P<0.05),and increased NPY and immune function indices(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).No obvious difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with diarrhea,Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with microecological therapy and zinc agent exhibits obvious clinical efficacy and high safety.
