血小板源性生长因子-D与肿瘤相关性研究进展

血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)是1987年从人的血管中分离出来的促血管生成因子,也是一种刺激结缔组织生长的常见肽类调节因子,在纤维化、组织修复、免疫应答、肿瘤细胞增殖等过程中起重要作用。PDGF主要包括血小板源性生长因子-A(PDGF-A)、血小板源性生长因子-B(PDGF-B)、血小板源性生长因子-C(PDGF-C)和血小板源性生长因子-D(PDGF-D)四个亚型。PDGF-D是近年来发现的PDGF家族新成员,是血清中的一种强有丝分裂原分子,已经被证实可以提高肿瘤细胞的运动和侵袭能力。PDGF-D参与肿瘤的发生、发展的多个过程,对肿瘤的侵袭、转移和血管形成都有促进作用。本文针对PDGF-D在胃癌、乳腺癌、肝癌、大肠癌、骨癌、膀胱癌中的作用进行综述,明确其在不同肿瘤发生、发展、转移过程中的作用机理,为不同肿瘤的早期诊断、肿瘤治疗效果评价、易感人群保护等提供支持和帮助。

Research progress on the correlation of platelet derived growth factor-D and tumor

Platelet derived growth factor(PDGF) is a pro-angiogenic factor that isolated from human blood vessels in 1987.It is also a common peptide regulatory factor that stimulates the growth of connective tissue.It plays an important role in the process of fibrosis,tissue repair,immune response and tumor cell proliferation.PDGF mainly includs four subtypes : platelet derived growth factor-A(PDGF-A),plateletderived growth factor-B(PDGF-B),platelet derived growth factor-C(PDGF-C) and platelet derived growth factor-D(PDGF-D).PDGF-D is a new member of PDGF family that is discovered in recent years.It is a strong mitogen molecules in blood serum.It has been proved that it can improve the movement ability and invasion ability in tumor cells.PDGF-D is involved in many processes of occurrence and development of tumor,and can promote the invasion,metastasis and angiogenesis of tumor.In this paper,the role of PDGF-D in gastric cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer,bone cancer and bladder cancer is reviewed,and the mechanism of PDGF-D in the occurrence,development and metastasis of different tumors is clarified,so as to provide support and help for the early diagnosis of different tumors,evalution of tumor treatment effect and protection of susceptible population.
