Effect of early cardiac rehabilitation nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To explore the clinical effects of cardiac rehabilitation nursing of acute myocardial infarction with five level method early activity.Methods From March 2019 to January 2020,eighty six patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in Gaotang County People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 43 patients in each group.The intervention group was treated with early cardiac rehabilitation nursing,and the control group was treated with conventional nursing.The incidence rate of complication,nursing satisfaction rate,and psychological status were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were(28.66±2.26) and(27.38±2.11) score,which were lower than(36.55±2.71) and(34.85±2.09) score of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complication in the intervention group was 4.65%,which was lower than 18.60% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute myocardial infarction with five level method early cardiac rehabilitation nursing activities could effectively improve the bad psychological state of patients,reduce the incidence rate of complication,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate of patients,which had higher clinical application value.
