摘    要:颌面骨在人体骨骼中的结构较为复杂,损伤后修复困难。传统手术修复效果不佳,大多取决于外科医生的经验和技术水平。因此,通过医学三维建模软件将二维图像生成直观形象的三维模型,在此基础上进行术前模拟,利用旋转、平移、镜像、布尔运算等技术模块生成颌面缺损区的重建修复模型。随即通过3D打印技术制作1∶1等比例的三维颌面缺损模型及修复模型,借助3D打印模型制定手术方案并进行术前模拟或预弯成形好的植入物钛板,个体化实体修复模型指导手术操作,极大地提高了手术的精准性和稳定性,改善手术效果。

Abstract:The structure of maxillofacial bone in human bones is relatively complicated, and it is difficult to repair after injury.The poor effect of traditional surgical repair depends mostly on the experience and technical level of the surgeon. Therefore, through medical 3D modeling software, the 2D image is generated into an intuitive 3D model, and on this basis, preoperative simulation is performed, and the reconstruction and repair model of the maxillofacial defect area is generated using technical modules such as rotation, translation, mirroring, and Boolean operation. Immediately 3D printing technology is used to produce a 1∶1 isometric 3D maxillofacial defect model and repair model, the 3D printing model is used to formulate the surgical plan and perform preoperative simulation or pre-bending the implanted titanium plate, and individualized solid repair model can guide the operation, greatly improve the accuracy and stability of the operation, and improve the effect of the operation.
