北京某教学医院医学生健康素养认知情况研究

摘    要:目的了解北京某教学医院医学研究生对自身和患者健康素养认知情况。方法采用便利取样的方法,选取2015年9月在北京市某高校教学医院在读的临床医学专业研究生80名进行问卷调查。结果共收到有效问卷71份,有效回收率为88.75%。医学学习时长为(4.68±2.55)年,调查对象研究素养平均得分为(72.14±13.86)分。调查发现医学研究生在基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和健康技能三个方面健康素养的平均得分分别为(37.82±7.10)、(20.24±3.88)和(17.77±4.46)分;科学健康观、传染病防治素养、慢性病防治素养、安全与急救素养、基本医疗素养和健康信息素养六类健康问题素养的得分分别为(14.86±2.64)、(9.00±2.23)、(15.35±3.26)、(15.56±3.35)、(11.72±3.01)和(9.46±2.70)分。对于健康素养水平,只有19名、占26.76%,实际得分和估计的得分一致,有52名,占73.24%的研究生对自身的健康素养水平认知与实际不符。具有健康素养(健康素养得分≥80分)的医学研究生占比为29.58%,有95.77%的调查对象对研究生群体的健康素养水平认知与研究生实际的健康素养水平不一致,有81.69%的调查对象对患者群体的健康素养水平评估不准确。结论医学研究生的健康素水平相对较高,但对自身和患者的健康素养水平认知有误,应加强医学研究生健康素养知识的培训和教育。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the cognition of medical postgraduates on health literacy of themselves and patients in a teaching hospital in Beijing.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 80 clinical medicine postgraduates who were studying in a teaching hospital of a university in Beijing in September 2015 to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results A total of 71 valid questionnaires were received,and the effective recovery rate was 88.75%.The length of medical education was(4.68±2.55)years.The average score of research literacy was(72.14±13.86) scores.The three aspects of health literacy average scores of basic knowledge and concept,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health skills were(37.82±7.10),(20.24±3.88) and(17.77±4.46) scores,respectively;the six categories of health issue literacy scores of scientific health concept,infectious disease prevention and treatment literacy,chronic disease prevention literacy,safety and first aid literacy,basic medical literacy and health information literacy were(14.86±2.64),(9.00±2.23),(15.35±3.26),(15.56±3.35),(11.72±3.01) and(9.46±2.70) scores,respectively.For the level of health literacy,there were only 19 postgraduates,accounting for 26.76%,whose actual score was consistent with the estimated score,and there were 52 postgraduates,accounting for 73.24%,whose cognition of their health literacy level was not consistent with the reality.The proportion of medical postgraduates with health literacy(health literacy score greater than or equal to 80 scores) was29.58%,and 95.77% of the respondents’ cognition of the health literacy level of postgraduates was inconsistent with the actual health level of postgraduates.And 81.69% of the respondents did not accurately evaluate the health literacy level of patients.Conclusion Medical postgraduates had relatively higher levels of health literacy,but they had the wrong cognition on the levels of health literacy of themselves and their patients,so the training and education of health literacy knowledge of medical postgraduates should be strengthened.
