The progress of knee arthroscopy in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture

Tibial plateau fracture is a common clinical orthopedic disease,which is caused by many reasons,such as external impact,external pressure and falling,etc,which all cause tibial plateau fracture. In the treatment process of this disease,surgical treatment can improve the treatment effect of patients,while knee arthroscopic assisted treatment can improve the success rate of patients’ surgery,greatly meeting the needs of patients’ surgical treatment. This paper reviews the progress of knee arthroscopy in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture,mainly describes the indications of knee arthroscopy in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture,and analyzes the surgical technology,clinical effect,advantages and limitations of treatment,and in order to provide the reference for the treatment of tibial plateau fracture assisted with knee arthroscopy.
