| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of sinonasal renal cell-like adenocarcinoma(SNRCLA).Methods The pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of one case of SNRCLA were analyzed,and the literature was reviewed.Results A 64 years old male presented with a right nasal mass.Histologically,the tumor was similar to clear cell renal cell carcinoma of the kidney.It was composed of tumor cells with clear cytoplasm and rich capillary in stroma.Immunohistochemical staining showed that CK7,CK,vimentin,S100,CA IX,SOX10,EMA,MUC-1 and Dog-1 were all positive,while PAX8,CD10 and RCC were negative.Conclusion SNRCLA is a rare low-grade primary malignant tumor of sinonasal tract.It is easy to be confused with clear cell renal cell carcinoma and other tumors in morphology.Immunohistochemistry is helpful in the diagnosis of SNRCLA. |
