The value of holistic nursing for rehabilitation of dysphagia after stroke

Dysphagia after stroke is one of the common and severe symptoms of stroke.At present,it has been shown that the main causes of dysphagia after stroke are the injury of downlink cortical fibers,deglutition cortex center,deglutition center of medulla oblongata and extrapyramidal system.The clinical manifestations are dysphonia,choking after eating,dysarthria,malnutrition,aspiration pneumonia,which increase the length of hospital stay,increase the economic burden,and seriously threaten the health and quality of life of patients.Therefore,the rehabilitation nursing requirements of dysphagia after stroke need to put forward higher goals.Relevant studies have found that holistic nursing has important clinical value in the rehabilitation of dysphagia after stroke.In this paper,combined with the literature on the holistic nursing of dysphagia after stroke in recent years,through the elaboration of the identification method,timeliness nursing,basic training,feeding,prevention and psychological nursing of dysphagia after stroke,which provides reference value for the study of dysphagia in the future.
