肺移植受体的选择及术后内科常见并发症的分析

目的研究如何合理选择肺移植受者并及时治疗并发症,减少死亡率,提高生存率。方法回顾分析该组32例单、双肺、心肺联合移植受者选择的合理性和分析术后内科并发症。结果32例肺移植受者成活21例,死亡11例。结论合理选择单、双肺移植受者,及时治疗术后内科并发症,是单、双肺移植成功的重要因素。

An analysis for selection of lung transplant recipients and common medical complication after the transplantion

[Objective] To study how to reasonably select the recipients for lung transplantation and timely assess and treat the complications after the operation, so that to decrease the death rate during and early after the operation and to raise the longterm survival rate of the recipients after the transplantation. [Methods] Reviewing and analyzing 32 cases of lung (single and bilateral) and heart-lung transplantation which were performed by our group, and we tried to find both reasonableness and defects in the selection of recipients and the assessment of the medical complications after the operation. [Results] Among the 32 recipients, 21 survived and 11 died. [Conclusion] Reasonable selection of single or bilateral 1ung transplant recipients and timely treating the medical complications after the operation are the important factors of a successful single or bilateral lung transplantation.
