| 摘 要： | 目的评价多层螺旋CT扫描对肾细胞癌（RCC）亚型的诊断价值。方法回顾分析50例经手术病理证实的RCC患者的CT影像资料及病理资料。结果在皮髓期肾癌肿块显著强化,不同扫描时相CT值间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。增强扫描皮髓期,透明细胞癌CT值高于颗粒细胞癌（P〈0.05）。结论 RCC螺旋CT 3期增强扫描的特征与其病理类型有关,RCC的皮髓期强化特征对透明细胞癌与非透明细胞癌的鉴别有较高价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT（MSCT） in histopathologic subtype of renal cell carcinoma（RCC）.Methods The CT imaging and pathological data of 50 RCC patients proved by surgery pathology was analyzed retrospectively.Results During the scan of MSCT,tumor was enhanced at corticomedullary phase（CMP） and the CT number（CTN） at different CT scan phases was significant different（P〈0.05）.During CMP,the CTN of clear-cell carcinoma was obviously higher than that of granular cell carcinoma（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The characteristic of tri-phase enhanced MSCT correlates with histopathologic subtypes of RCC.The feature of RCC that tumor enhanced during CMP has high value to distinguish clear-cell carcinoma and granular cell carcinoma. |
