CT 表现与临床定位体征不相符的腰椎间盘突出症 MSCT 重建图像分析

目的探讨应用MSCT重建腰神经根受累分级与cT表现临床定位体征不相符的腰椎间盘突出症的临床意义。方法42例cT表现（IA／5椎间盘突出）与临床定位体征不相符的腰椎间盘突出症患者（观察组）及40例正常人（对照组）均行腰椎间盘常规MSCT检查，选择观察中央和旁中央矢状重组图上影像学突出节段及临床症状责任节段（侧）椎I＇~-J隙高度、椎间孔大小及神经根受累情况。结果两组均获得了对应节段椎间盘、椎间孔及神经根的清晰图像。两组椎间隙高度、椎间孔大小及神经根受累分级比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论应用MSCT重建图像能够充分显示腰椎间盘突出累及椎间孔区病例的影像学表现。

Analysis of MSCT reconstruction images for clinical signs inconsistent with CT examinationin patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of MSCT reconstruction for CT examination inconsistent with clinical signs in patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods Forty-two cases with protrusion of IA/5 lumbar inter- vertebral disc defined by CT examinations that were inconsistent with clinical signs （ observation group） and 40 cases with normal lum- bar intervertebral disc （control group） were examined with a routine MSCT examination. The intervertebral height,intervertebral fora- men and involved nerve root in the central and paracentral reconstruction images and the clinical symptoms of responsible segments were selectively observed. Results The clear images of the corresponding segments of intervertebral disc,intervertebral foramen and nerve root were obtained in the both groups. The intervertebra~ height,intervertebral foramen and involved nerve root were significantly differ- ent between the two groups. Conclusion Application of MSCT reconstruction can full display images of the involved intervertebral fora- men in prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.
