摘    要:本文使用DNS-CI 荧光试剂-聚酰胺薄膜层析法,分析糖尿病、甲状腺机能亢进症、甲状腺机能减退症和肥胖症患者血浆游离氨基酸,并与正常人比较.结果:糖尿病者的支链氨基酸明显升高,甲亢者的酪氨酸和羟脯氨酸明显升高,甲减者此2种氨基酸明显降低,肥胖症者的生酮氨基酸明显升高.说明内分泌功能紊乱能导致氨基酸代谢异常.经多元逐步回归分析,确立了4种内分泌疾病的血浆相关氨基酸

Abstract:Plasma free amino acid concentrations were measured in 127 patients with endorcinedisease of varous aetiology.All results were compared with those in 29 control subjects.Inpatients with diabetes mellitur plasma concentrations of branched chain amino acid weresignificantly increased.Patients with hyperthnoidism plasma concentrarions of tyrosine andhydroxyproline were significantly reduced.In patients with myxoedma plasma concentra-tions of tyrosine and hydroxyproline were significantly increased.In patients with obesityplasma concentrations of ketogenic amino acid were significantly increased.Most changesin patients with endocrine disease may be explained on the basis of endocrine dysfunction and abnormal amino acid metabolism.
