血培养阳性标本直接细菌鉴定和药敏分析

摘    要:目的:对血培养阳性标本直接细菌鉴定和药敏进行分析。方法研究我院收治的发热合并全身感染患者86例,在专用接种水中混掺患者的血培养标本,并在鉴定板上接种,通过直接法鉴定,同时把阳性标本转种平板进行分离培养,根据常规法对分纯后的菌落实施上机鉴定及药敏实验,然后进行对比。结果在86例样品当中,直接法和常规法符合率:细菌鉴定总符合率为96.4%,其中革兰阴性菌95.8%,革兰阳性球菌97.1%;两种方法的细菌结果均有着较高的准确率,细菌鉴定准确率在95.7%以上。结论血培养阳性标本直接细菌鉴定和药敏实验能够准确的早期诊断菌血症患者,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective Directly on positive blood culture specimens were analyzed bacterial identification and susceptibility. Methods Fever combined study of systemic infection in our hospital 86 patients vaccinated in special water blending blood culture specimens of patients, and in the identification of inoculation plate, identified by the direct method, while the transfer of positive samples were isolated and cultured species tablet, according to conventional Act on the colonies after the implementation of a pure machine identification and susceptibility testing, and then compared. Results In 86 samples, method for the identification of sus-ceptibility directly with the rate of 96.4%, the test results of P〈0.05, no statistical significance;the results of bacteria identification accuracy, direct method for the identification of up to 97.1%, the test results of P〈0.05, no statistical significance.Conclusion Blood culture positive specimens direct bacterial identification and susceptibility testing can accurately diagnose bacteremia in pa-tients with early stage, it is worth promoting.
