摘    要:目的观察纳米羟基磷灰石/硅酸钙复合材料的根尖封闭性能。方法选取42个直根管的前牙,随机分为3个试验组(每组各12个)和2个对照组(每组各3个),采用逐步后退法预备根管,用侧向加压法进行充填。3个试验组所用根管材料分别是纳米羟基磷灰石/硅酸钙牙胶尖组(n-HA\Ca)、羟基磷灰石/硅酸钙复合材料糊剂加牙胶尖组(HA\Ca)、纳米羟基磷灰石加牙胶尖组(HA),用葡萄糖微渗漏测量法和扫描电镜观察根充材料与根管壁的密合度,评价根尖封闭性。结果经苯酚硫酸法检测,3组材料的葡萄糖渗漏浓度有显著性差异(t=2.4647,P〈0.05)。结论纳米羟基磷灰石/硅酸钙复合材料的根尖封闭性能优于羟基磷灰石/硅酸钙复合材料和纳米羟基磷灰石。

Abstract:Objective To observe the apical sealing ability of nHA/CaSiO3 composite materials. Methods Forty-two straight root canal teeth were used in this study. The teeth were randomly divided into three test groups, 12 in each group: ( 1 ) Nanohydroxyapatite/calcium silicate tooth rubber tip group ( n-HA / Ca) ; (2) Hydroxyapatite/calcium silicate composite tooth paste plus tooth rubber tip group (HA/Ca) ; (3) Nanohydroxyapatite with rubber tip group (HA). In addition, there were positive and negative con- trol groups (3 teeth each). Stepwise regressive method was used to prepare the root canal. Lateral compression method was used for root canal filling. Glucose microleakage measurement and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were performed to observe the seal tightness of root filling material and root canal wall, and to evaluate the apical sealing ability.
