不稳定心绞痛患者血清胰岛素、IL-6和CRP水平的研究

目的研究不稳定心绞痛患者血清中胰岛素与促炎性细胞因子（IL-6、CRP）的水平。方法选取本院确诊为不稳定心绞痛的患者50例为疾病组，其中男性26例，女性24例，年龄为35-73岁；选取健康体检者50例为对照组，其中男性26例，女性24例，年龄为33-70岁。收集所有参与者血清，测定其血清胰岛素、血糖、IL-6和CRP的水平。结果不稳定心绞痛患者的血清胰岛素、IL-6和CRP水平明显升高（P〈0．01），且血清胰岛素水平与IL-6（r=0．481）和CRP（r=-0．442）有一定的相关性。结论不稳定心绞痛患者中的胰岛素水平会明显上升而导致胰岛素抵抗的发生，而在胰岛素抵抗的情况，促炎细胞因子（CRP、IL-6）的水平也会明显上升。

The serum level of Insulin,IL-6 and CRP in Unstable Angina Patients

Objective The present study aimed to evaluate the serum levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines （IL-6,CRP）and in- sulin in unstable angina patients. Methods The study included 50 patients with unstable angina divided into a male group which contained 26 male patients, and a female group which contained 24 female patients, all of which with an age range of 35 - 73 years. Control groups contained forty healthy individuals divided into a male group which contained 26 healthy males s, and a fe- male group which contained 24 females, all of which with an age range of 33-70years.Then collect a surum of all the participants to detect the level of Insulin, IL-6 and CRP. Results The levels of insulin ,IL-6 and CRP were considerably elevated throughout （P〈0.01）, an optimistic relationship concerning insulin with CRP （r=0,442）and IL-6（r=0.481）in unstable angina patients. Con- clusion There was increase in the level of insulin regarding patients with unsteady angina as a result of insulin resistance that was caused by the elevated level of proinflammatory cytokine （CRP,IL-6）.
