质量反馈理论在老年重症肺栓塞患者的临床护理效果

目的研究质量反馈理论在老年重症肺栓塞患者的临床护理效果。方法从2011年12月到2013年12月,于我院收治共有184例需要进行临床护理的老年重症肺栓塞患者。以数字法随机分成观察组（92例）和对照组（92例）。对两组患者都进行基本的护理：止痛处理;监测生命体征如呼吸、血压、心率、心律及体温等;定期检查动脉血气及心电图;观察用药反应。对照组就按照基本的护理方式进行护理;观察组则按照质量反馈的理论加之护理方式进行高级护理,对比两组患者的满意度,二次发病率以及患者的依从性。结果观察组满意度为优者占比86.96%（80/92）,优良率为96.74%（89/92）,均显著高于对照组的10.78%（10/92）,23.91%（22/92）。差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组再次出现发病情况的患者占比3.26%（3/92）,没有出现的患者为96.74%（89/92）,均显著低于对照组的31.52%（29/92）,68.48%（63/92）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组患者的依从性比观察组明显降低（P〈0.05）,具有统计学意义。结论在护理老年重症肺栓塞患者中参照质量反馈理论的高级护理,不仅使患者的恢复时间缩短,患者普遍满意外护理的质量也大幅度的提高,安全性较好,值得临床推荐。

Quality Feedback Theory in Clinical Nursing Effect of Elderly Patients with Severe Pulmonary Embolism Patients

Objective To study the quality of feedback theory in clinical nursing effect of elderly patients with severe pulmonary embolism patients.Methods From2011 December to 2013 December in our hospital,a total of 184 cases of the need for clinical nursing elderly patients with pulmonary embolism.The figures were randomly divided into observation group（92 cases）and control group（92 cases）.All the basic nursing care on the patients in the two groups：the analgesic treatment;monitoring of vital signs such as blood pressure,heart rate,respiration,rhythm and body temperature;inspection of arterial blood gas and ECG regularly observed reaction.The control group were in basic nursing care;control group of senior nursing according to quality feedback theory in nursing,compared two groups of patients＇ satisfaction,two times the incidence and the compliance of patients.Results The observation group satisfaction as the best accounted for 86.96%（80/92）,the excellent and good rate was 96.74%（89/92）,were significantly higher than those in control group 10.78%（10/92）,23.91%（22/92）.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;observation group again on the incidence of patients accounted for 3.26%（3/92）,no patients was 96.74%（89/92）,were significantly lower than the control group of 31.52%（29/92）,68.48%（63/92）.The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the control group compared to the compliance of patients in observation group were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）,had statistical significance.Conclusion Advanced nursing science quality feedback reference in the nursing of elderly patients with severe pulmonary embolism patients,not only the patient＇s recovery time was shortened,the patients generally with the quality of nursing care is greatly improved,the security is good,worthy of recommendation.
