脑出血围手术期护理安全中细节管理的重要性分析

目的分析总结脑出血患者围手术期安全护理的要点,探索患者在院内治疗期间护理细节管理的具体科学办法,体会细节管理在护理中的重要作用。方法将2010年10月至2012年1月入我院进行治疗的脑出血患者98例围手术期的护理措施进行整理和回顾性分析,总结护理中比较有效的细节化护理方法,探索安全护理的可行办法。结果在我院接受治疗的98例患者,手术失败率为0;患者术后经过在院的康复性护理,痊愈43例,轻度功能障碍23例,中度22例,重度甚至残疾7例,完全残疾3例,均未发生死亡。结论对脑出血患者在术前术后都有密切的观察和采集记录其生命体征,并采用科学合理高效的护理措施,尤其是细节护理,可以促进患者病情的好转和恢复,减少脑出血因治疗和护理不当引发的并发症,提升患者治愈率,提高患者的生活质量。

Discussion on the Importance of Detail Management in Cerebral Hemorrhage Perioperative Nursing Safty

Objective To analyze and summarize the key points of perioperative safety nursing for cerebral hemorrhage patients,explore concrete scientific methods of nursing detail management during the hospitalization of patients and experience the importance of detail management in nursing care.MethodsWe sorted and retrospectively analyzed the perioperative nursing interventions for 98 cerebral hemorrhage patients who received treatment in our hospital during the period from October 2010 to January 2012,summarized the effective detail nursing methods in nursing care and explored feasible methods of safety nursing.Results Among the 98 patients receiving treatment in our hospital,no case of operation failure occurred;after post-operative rehabilitative care in the hospital,43 cases recovered,and there were 23 mild dysfunction cases,22 moderate cases,7 severe even disable cases,and 3 completely disable cases,without any death cases.Conclusion Closely observing and recording the vital signs of cerebral hemorrhage patients before and after operation,together with scientific,reasonable and efficient nursing interventions especially detail nursing,could promote the improvement and recovery of patients＇ condition,reduce cerebral hemorrhage complications caused by improper treatment and nursing,as well as improve the recovery rate and life quality of patients.
