心理干预对永久起搏器植入术后患者不良情绪的影响

目的探讨心理护理干预对起搏器术后不良情绪是否有影响。方法选取186例永久起搏器植入术患者,随机分成对照组和实验组,各93例,实验组在与对照组其他治疗相同的基础上给予4个阶段个体化护理心理干预,测量干预前后两组患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分。结果实验组SAS评分和SDS评分均有显著下降（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论护理心理干预对控制起搏器术后患者的不良情绪有积极作用。

Nursing Psychological Intervention on Unhealthy Emotion of Postoperative Patients with Pacemaker

Objective The objective is to investigate whether the nursing psychological intervention exert an influence on unhealthy emotion of postoperative patients with pacemaker.Methods Utilize the approach of selecting 186 patients with permanent pacemaker implantation,randomly divide them into reference group and experimental group,each93 cases.The experimental group has been given four stages psychological intervention based on the same other treatments.Measuring the anxiety self-assessment form-SAS score and depression self-assessment form-SDS score of these two groups of patients before and after the intervention.Results The assessment result shows that both groups＇ SAS scores and SDS scores have been significantly decreased（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Therefore,nursing psychological intervention plays a positive role in controlling the bad emotions of postoperative patients with pacemaker.
