| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腔置管术与胸腔穿刺术在治疗胸腔积液中的优缺点。方法对既往使用这两种方法治疗的大量胸腔积液病例进行回顾性分析、对比。结果胸腔置管术与胸腔穿刺术后剩余积液小于100 ml的分别占79.95%、57.74%,并发症的发生率分别为10.38%、23.48%。结论胸腔置管术引流大量胸腔积液的效果优于胸腔穿刺术。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate advantages and disadvantages between the pleural drainage tube and pleurocentesis in the treatment of pleural effusion.Methods We retrospectively analyzed and compared with the two Methods,which were used in the past cases of pleural effusion.Results In patients of pleural effusion with pleural drainage tube,Postoperative residual fluid less than 100 ml accounted for 79.95%,and In patients of pleural effusion with pleurocentesis accounted for 57.74%.The incidence of complications respectively was 10.33%23.48%.Conclusion Pleural drainage tube compared with pleurocentesis has obvious advantages. |
