摘    要:目的 :建立用一阶导数紫外光谱法快速测定辅酶Q10 胶囊含量的方法。方法 :用无水乙醇作溶剂 ,以一阶导数紫外光谱在 2 5 6~ 2 81nm峰 谷间距离D作为定量依据 ,用标准对照法计算含量。结果 :辅酶Q10 浓度在5~ 40 μg/ml之间与一阶导数紫外光谱在 2 5 6~ 2 81nm峰 谷间距离D呈良好线性关系 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 1 0 1 .1 % ,RSD为 1 .2 % (n =5 )。结论 :此法简便、准确 ,重现性好。

Abstract:Purpose:A new simple method for rapid determination of Coenzyme Q_(10) in capsules was established by the first derivative spectrophotometry. Methods:Anhydrous ethanol was used as solvent and the assay was calculated by the distance D between the first derivative peak at 256nm and valley at 281nm through comparing sample with standard.Results:There was a linear relationship between Coenzyme Q 10 concentration in the range of 5~40μg/ml with the distance Dof first derivative peak valley at 256~281nm (r=0.999 9), the average recovery rate was 101.1%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.2% (n=5). Conclusion:The proposed method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
