53例急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗临床观察

目的：观察基层医院急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗的疗效。方法：选择急性心肌梗死病人53例，应用国产尿激酶150万U加生理盐水100ml，30分钟内静脉滴完，溶栓后给予低分子肝素5000U，每日2次皮下注射，连续应用5～7天。结果：溶栓治疗冠状动脉再通率为66．0％；再通率与发病距溶栓的时间直接相关，发病距溶栓3小时内再通率达86．7％。结论：基层医院开展急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗疗效确切、安全、适用。

Clinical observation of thrombolytic therapy in 53 patients with acute myocardial infarction in the basic-level hospital

Objective:To observe the effect of thrombolytic therapy in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction and explore the therapeutic method of acute myocardial infarction in the basic-level hospital.Methods:53 patients with acute myocardial infarction were chosen this group.The domestic urokinase 1 500 000 U in physiological saline 100 ml was used by intravenous drip in 30minutes.After the thrombolytic therapy,low molecular heparin 5 000 u was given by subcutaneous injection,2 times a day for 5 to 7 days.Results:The recanalization rate of coronary artey after thrombolytic therapy was 66.0%;and the recanalization rate of coronary artery was direct correlation with the time of the thrombolytic therapy to morbidity.The recanalization rate of cornary reached 86.7% in these patients within 3 hours of morbidity.Conclusion:The curative effect of developing thrombolytic therapy for acut myocardial infarction in the bacic-level haspital is definitive,safe and practical.
