47例心脏瓣膜置换术后感染调查分析

目的 探讨医院心脏瓣膜置换术后感染因素。方法 以WHO制定的感染分类及诊断标准，通过回顾性调查的方法，用统一调查表，将1989年1月～2001年12月，心脏瓣膜置换的患者进行了登记分析。结果 发现术后感染47例，感染率为手术总数23．85％，分析与患者的自身因素、手术的技术操作、术后监护管理、抗菌药物的使用、医院感染的监控力度有直接关系。结论 针对瓣膜置换术后感染的诸多因素提出了预防术后感染的措施。

Postoperative Nosocomial Infection in 47 Patients with Cardiac Valve Replacement:A Clinical Investigation

OBJECTIVE To discuss the factors of hospital acquired infection in patients after cardiac valve replacement. METHODS Patients with cardiac valve replacement from Jan 1989 to Dec 2001 were retrospectively analyzed in accordance with the classification and diagnosis standard of hospital acquired infection made by WHO. RESULTS A total of 47 cases of postoperative infection were found. The hospital acquired infection rate was 23.85%. The infection related directly to patients factors, operative techniques, postoperative management, antibiotic drug usage and nosocomial infection monitoring.CONCLUSIONS It is important to take some effective control means to prevent the postoperative nosocomial infection after cardiac valve replacement.
