| 摘 要： | 在社区医疗机构利用处方前置审核系统对门诊所有医嘱实时审核。自2021年11月处方前置审核系统部署运行以来，累计审核处方42万余次，处方合理率从运行初期的96.49%提升至98.07%，解决了处方合理率低、事后审核干预效果不佳的问题，在优化工作流程、促进合理用药、提升患者就医体验等方面发挥较好作用。
