摘    要:小儿厌食症是儿童时期常见的消化系统疾病,目前已有研究证实食欲中枢-脑肠轴-脑肠肽作为食欲调节网络在儿童厌食症的发病机制中起重要作用,尽管脑肠肽对厌食症的作用机制仍在不断研究中,但部分脑肠肽直接或间接的影响已被提出,并且使用其作为评估患儿疗效的指标,正在打开新的临床诊治视野。在本文中,我们阐述了厌食症的发病原因,以及脑肠轴和脑肠肽对其的影响,为进一步研究厌食症的疗效评估指标及发病机制奠定了基础。

Research Progress on the correlation between serum brain gut peptide and pediatric anorexia
Abstract:Pediatric anorexia is a common digestive system disease in childhood. Currently, studies have confirmed that the appetite center - brain gut axis - brain gut peptide, as an appetite regulatory network, plays an important role in the pathogenesis of pediatric anorexia. Although the mechanism of action of brain gut peptide on anorexia is still being studied, some direct or indirect effects of brain gut peptide have been proposed. And using it as an indicator to evaluate the efficacy of children is opening a new clinical horizon. In this paper, we elaborated the causes of anorexia and the effects of brain gut axis and brain gut peptide on it, which laid a foundation for further research on the efficacy evaluation index and pathogenesis of anorexia.
