小儿病毒性心肌炎诱因观察及护理

目的探讨小儿病毒性心肌炎发病前症状及病毒感染诱发病毒性心肌炎情况,以便对病毒性心肌炎早预防、早发现、早治疗及护理提供依据.方法回顾性调查分析2002年1月～2005年11月在我院儿科住院的病毒性心肌炎患儿27例的临床资料.结果本组27例患儿发病前1～14天有上呼吸道感染15例(55.5%),消化道感染8例(29.6%),腮腺炎1例(3.7%),水痘1例(3.7%),伴有发热史16例(59.3%),无感染史2例(7.4%).结论病毒性心肌炎与病毒感染有密切关系,本组病毒性心肌炎92.3%发病前有感染史,因此要积极治疗感染性疾病,对在1～14天内有病毒感染的患儿出现胸闷、气促、面色苍白、乏力、多汗、头晕、腹痛、抽搐症状,要警惕病毒性心肌炎发生.

Observing the Predisposing Cause of Viral Myocarditis in Children and its Nursings

Objective To explore the symptoms appeared before infected with viral myocarditis inchildren and the situation that was how the viral infection induced viral myocarditis, aiming atproviding the basis for preventing, finging and curing viral myocarditis early and nursing. Methods27 children with viral myocarditis in the pediatric ward from January 2002 to November 2005 wereinvestigated retrospectively. Results Before 1 to 14 days suffered from viral myocarditis, 15 cases(55.5%)ever had upper respiratory tract infection, 8 (29.6%)had digestive tract infection, 1(3.7%)had parotitis, 1 (3.7%)had chickenpox, 16 (59.3%)had fever while 2 (7.4 %)hadn'tinfection. Conclusions Viral myocarditis is related closely to viral infection. Among these cases,there were 92.3% who had ever infected with viral. In order to cure infectious diseases actively andprevent it, more attention should be paid to the children who had one of the following symptoms suchas chest distress, short breath, face pallor, tired, sweaty, dizziness, abdominalgia, convulsionbetween 1 to 14 days while having viral infections.
