子宫内膜异位症与免疫炎症、氧化应激及血管生成的相关性研究

目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症(EM)与免疫炎症、氧化应激及血管生成的相关性.方法 选择90例EM患者作为观察组,另选60名同期孕前健康检查合格的育龄期女性作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)测定对照组女性及观察组患者手术前后血清中白细胞介素6(IL-6)、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、8-异前列腺素F2α(8-iso-PGF2α)、血管生成素-2(Ang-2)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平.结果 观察组患者术前血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、8-iso-PGF2α、Ang-2及VEGF水平均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),血清IFN-γ和GSH-Px水平明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);术后,观察组患者的血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、8-iso-PGF2α、Ang-2及VEGF水平均较术前显著降低(P＜0.05),血清IFN-γ和GSH-Px水平较术前显著升高(P＜0.05).结论 EM的病理过程与免疫炎症、氧化应激和血管生成密切相关,血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α、IFN-γ、GSH-Px、8-iso-PGF2α、Ang-2和VEGF水平检测对EM的诊断及其治疗效果评价具有一定的参考价值.

A Correlation Study on the Relationships Between Endometriosis and Immune Inflammation,Oxidative Stress and Angiogenesis

Objective To explore the relationships between endometriosis (EM)and immune inflammation,oxidative stress and angiogenesis.Methods 90 patients with EM were selected as the observation group,and 60 women of childbearing age who were eligible for the same period of pre-pregnancy health examination were selected as control group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the serum levels of interleukin 6 (IL-6),IL-8,tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α),interferon γ (IFN-γ),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),8-iso-prostaglandin F2α (8-iso-PGF2o),angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),for both of patients in the control group and the patients in the observation group before and after operations.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,TNF-o,8-iso-PGF2α,Ang-2 and VEGF in the observation group before operation were significant higher (P ＜ 0.05),and the levels of serum IFN-γand GSH-Px were significant lower (P ＜ 0.05).After operation,the levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,8-iso-PGF2α,Ang-2 and VEGF of the EM patients significantly decreased (P ＜ 0.05),and the levels of serum IFN-γ and GSH-Px significantly increased (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion EM pathological process is closely related with immune inflammation,oxidative stress and angiogenesis.The detections of serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-α,IFN-γ,GSH-Px,8-iso-PGF2α,Ang-2 and VEGF have promising reference values for the diagnosis of EM and the evaluation of its therapeutic effect.
