中老年女性亚甲减症与骨密度的相关性分析

目的 探讨中老年女性亚临床甲状腺减退症与骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)的相关性.方法 收集中老年女性亚临床甲状腺减退症(亚甲减)及健康体检者的骨密度及部分生化指标的检测结果,并进行对比分析.结果 中老年女性亚甲减组与正常对照组相比,亚临床甲减组的骨密度测定中T值下降(P＜0.05);生化指标中25羟基维生素D3水平低于对照组(P＜0.05),ALP和PTH无统计学意义(P＞0.05);甲状腺功能检测FT4和T4在正常范围内有一定程度的下降(P＜0.05).结论 亚甲状腺功能减退症可能引起骨量丢失,骨密度降低,亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者的骨密度受血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)的影响.

The Correlation Between Hypothyroidism and Bone Mineral Density in Middle-aged and Elderly Women

Objective To investigate the correlation between subclinical hypothyroidism and bone mineral density (BMD)in middle-aged and elderly women.Methods The bone mineral density (BMD)and some biochemical indexes of middle and old aged women with subclinical hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) and healthy subjects were collected and analyzed.Results The abnormal density of BMD in subclinical hypothyroidism group reduced more dramatically than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05);The levels of 25 hydroxy vitamin D3 were higher than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05),and there was no significant difference between ALP and PTH (P ＞ 0.05);the FT4 and T4 of thyroid function detection decreased in the normal range (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Subclinical hypothyroidism may cause loss of bone mass and bone mineral density,and the bone mineral density of hypothyroid patients is affected by thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) in serum.
