| 摘 要： | 目的观察空心钉内固定治疗1型糖尿病合并股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法通过2008年3月—2013年9月,该院对37例股骨颈骨折合并1型糖尿病患者行空心钉内固定术,统计其预后情况。结果 37例中有1例出现股骨头缺血坏死塌陷,1例出现骨折不愈合,其余35例全部骨性愈合,骨折愈合率94.6%,且髋关节功能恢复良好。结论空心钉内固定治疗1型糖尿病合并股骨颈骨折,具有手术操作简单、内固定可靠、愈合率高、创伤小、费用低等优点,是目前治疗1型糖尿病合股骨颈骨折较为理想的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of cannulated screw internal fixation in the treatment of type 1 diabetes complicated by femoral neck fracture. Methods From March 2008 to September 2013, we treated 37 femoral neck fracture patients complicated with type 1 diabetes by cannulated screw internal fixation. And the prognosis of the patients was counted. Results Of the 37 cases, there was 1 case with ischemic necrosis of femoral head collapse, 1 case with nonunion of fracture, the other 35 cases with bone union, the fracture healing rate was 94.6%, and the hip joint function recovered well. Conclusion For patients with type 1 diabetes complicated by femoral neck fracture, cannulated screw internal fixation has the advantages of simple operation, reliable fixation, high healing rate, small trauma, and low cost, which is a relatively ideal method for the treatment of type 1 diabetes complicated by femoral neck fracture. |
