氯沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压合并糖尿病的临床疗效探讨

目的对氯沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗老年高血压合并糖尿病的临床疗效进行观察研究。方法抽取2012年6月—2014年6月该院接诊的150例老年高血压合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组予以氯沙坦治疗,对观察组患者予以氯沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,观察并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96.0%远远高于对照组有效率80.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氯沙坦联合氨氯地平在治疗老年高血压合并糖尿病方面具有确切的疗效,患者耐受性较好,具有非常积极的临床应用价值。

Investigation of the Clinical Efficacy of Losartan Combined with Amlodipine in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated by Diabetes in the Elderly

Objective To observe and study the clinical efficacy of losartan combined with amlodipine in the treatment of hypertension complicated by diabetes in the elderly. Methods 150 elderly patients with hypertension complicated by diabetes admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected as the subjects, and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the lottery method. The control group was treated by losartan, and the observation group was treated by losartan combined with amlodipine. And the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%, much higher than 80.0% of the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Losartan combined with amlodipine is definitely effective and well tolerated in treating hypertension complicated by diabetes in the elderly with very positive clinical application value.
