麝香保心丸治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的:观察麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:120例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,常规治疗组(60例):仅给予常规药物治疗,麝香保心丸组(60例):在常规药物治疗基础上加用麝香保心丸2粒,每日3次口服,发作时2粒舌下含化,疗程8周。结果:对于不稳定型心绞痛,麝香保心丸组总有效率明显高于常规治疗组(93.33%比80.00%,P<0.05),麝香保心丸组心绞痛发作持续时间明显少于常规治疗组(2.62±1.26)min比(3.19±1.73)min,P<0.05];在心电图疗效,麝香保心丸组总有效率明显高于常规治疗组(86.67%比70.00%,P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应。结论:麝香保心丸治疗不稳定型心绞痛安全有效。

Therapeutic effects of Shexiang Baoxin pills on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Objective： To observe clinical therapeutic effects of Shexiang Baoxin pills on unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods： A total of 120 UAP were randomly divided into routine treatment group （n = 60, only received routine drug treatment） and Shexiang Baoxin pill group （n = 60, received two Shexiang Baoxin pills based on routine drug treatment, three times a day, received two pills sublingually in UAP onset. Course of treatment was eight weeks. Results： Compared with routine treatment group, there were significant increase in total effective rate of UAP （80.00% vs. 93.33%, P〈0.05）, and significant decrease in duration of UAP onset （3.19 ±1.73） min vs. （2.62 ± 1.26） min, P〈0.05]; there were significant increase in total effective rate in electrocardiogram （70.00% vs. 86.67%, P〈0.05） in Shexiang Baoxin pill group. Had no obvious adverse reactions occur in two groups. Conclusion： Shexiang Baoxin pill is effective and safe in treatment of unstable angina pectoris.
