人胃癌组织中生长抑素2型受体表达的初步研究

目的研究胃癌组织中生长抑素2型受体(SSTR2)的表达情况。方法取一部分胃镜活检或手术组织标本，提取组织总RNA后，进行RT-PCR，以beta-actin为内参照，经计算机图像分析系统测定SSTR2的数值，通过其mRNA的测定间接反映组织SSTR2的表达；另一部分组织标本送病理检查。结果胃癌及萎缩性胃炎组织的SSTR2表达明显低于对照组，胃癌组织的SSTR2表达明显低于癌旁组织。不同部位胃癌的SSTR2表达无明显变化。分化程度较好的胃癌组织SSTR2的表达略高于分化程度差的胃癌组织，但无显著差异。结论癌前状态-萎缩性胃炎和胃癌组织中SSTR2明显降低，提示组织SSTR2降低可能是致癌因素之一，而分化程度略好的胃癌组织的SSTR2的表达较分化程度差者略高。

A preliminary study onSSTR2 expression of human stomach cancer tissues

Objective　To measure the expression of SSTR2 in s tomach cancer tissues.Methods　The tissues from endoscopic biops y and surgery were collected.After total RNA extraction,RT-PCR technique was us e d to detect SSTR2 expression.In reference to the beta-actin,the expression degr ee of SSTR2 was measured by a comuter picture analysis system;Meanwhile the tis s ues were examined pathologically.Results　The expression of SSTR 2 in the chronic atrophic gastritis and stomach tissues were significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.0204).The expression of SSTR2 in the stomach cancer tissues was also significantly lower than that in the mucosa adjactent t o cancer (P=0.045).In the stomach cancer group,the expression of SSTR2 was not s ignificantly different in different sites,which was slightly higher in the bette r differentiated adenocarcinoma,without significant difference.Conclusions　In the mucosa of chronic atrophic gastritis and sto mach cancer,the expression of SSTR2 was significantly less seen,suggesting that the decrease of SSTR2 in tissues may be one of the carcinogenetic factors .The expression of SSTR2 in better differentiated stomach cancer was higher than that in poorly differentiated stomach cancer.
