摘    要:目的:研究布替萘芬的抗炎作用。方法:分别观察布替萘芬的低、中、高3个剂量组对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀和蛋清所致的大鼠足肿胀的影响。结果:布替萘芬可显著抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳肿胀程度和蛋清所致的大鼠足肿胀程度。结论:布替萘芬具有明显的抗炎作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the anti-inflammtion effect of Butenafine.Methods: The models of the mice ear edema induced by xylene and the rats hind paw edema induced by egg-white were applied to investigate the anti-inflammation effect of butenafine at low,medial,and high concentrations respectively.Results: Both the mice ear edema caused by xylene and the rats hind paw edema caused by egg-white were significantly suppressed by butenafine.Conclusion: The results indicate that bulenafine has significant anti-inflammation effect.
