| 摘 要： | 对华东野核桃叶提取物进行了体外抗菌实验,结果表明,华东野核桃叶提取物对金黄色萄萄球菌和肺炎克雷伯菌具明显的抑制作用,其中水提物抑菌效果优于醇提物,水提物高浓度时对革兰氏阴性杆菌中的大肠杆菌也有一定作用.

| Abstract: | The antibacterial effect of extract from Folium Juglis Catayensis was investigated.The results showed that extract from Folium Juglis Catayensis could strongly inhibit Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC,25923) and Klebsiella peumoniae.The result also showed that the antibacterial effect of water extract was better than ethanol extract and the high concentration of water extract could inhibit Escherichia coli(ATCC,25922). |
