全面二孩政策下母乳喂养及其影响因素研究

目的 通过某地母乳喂养现状的调查,了解其母乳喂养水平和影响因素,进而提出有效建议。方法 采取定量研究和定性研究相结合的方式对234名产妇进行调查。定量资料用SPSS 22.0进行χ²检验和数据的处理分析;定性资料采用转录后逻辑纠错、编码分析并归纳要点的方式进行信息整合。结果 调查数据显示该市的纯母乳喂养率为63.25%,比国家提倡标准有所偏低。该市产妇母乳情况在不同文化程度、不同分娩方式、不同母乳喂养认知、不同母乳喂养信心之间有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 当地应采取有效措施克服阻碍因素,树立产妇信心、建立良好的社会支持,从而提高母乳喂养率。

Studying on the factors to influence breastfeeding in the city under the overall two-child policy LIU Kun ZHAO Yongjun GUO Sirou YUAN Jing DU Qing

Objective To study the status of breastfeeding and its influencing factors,and provide references for improving it.Methods The research using quantitative and qualitative research methods of 234 maternal.Quantitative data used SPSS 22.0 to analysis and qualitative data integrated after transcribing.Results The rate of exclusive breastfeeding is 63.25% and lower than the national standards.Breastfeeding has Statistically significant in different educations、delivery ways、knowledge and confidence(P＜0.05).Conclusion Effective measures should be taken to overcome the obstacles, and confidence and establish good social support should be built up,so as to raise the rate of breastfeeding.
