SCIN在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的 研究SCIN在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达情况,并分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系。方法 采用免疫组化及western blot比较SCIN在上皮性卵巢癌组织、正常卵巢组织中的表达情况。结果 SCIN在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达明显高于在正常卵巢组织中的表达,差异有统计学意义。SCIN的表达与患者的临床分期、分化级别、淋巴结转移、腹膜种植有关,而与年龄无关。SCIN在上皮性卵巢癌细胞中的表达灰度值显著高于在正常卵巢细胞中的表达灰度值,差异有统计学意义。结论 SCIN在卵巢癌中高表达,提示其可能参与了肿瘤的发生、发展,并有望成为卵巢癌早期诊断的标志物和治疗的靶基因。

Expression and the clinical significance of SCIN in ovarian cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of SCIN in epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry assay and western blot were used to detect the expression of SCIN in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and normal ovarian tissues.Results The expression of SCIN in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissues, and there was statistical significance between the two groups. The expression of SCIN was correlated with the clinical stage, grade of differentiation, lymph node metastasis and pritoneal seeding, while it is not correlated with age. The gray level of SCIN in epithelial ovarian cancer cells was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian cells, and there was statistical significance between the two groups.Conclusion The expression level of SCIN in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues is high, which indicates that it may participate in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer, and it may become a tumor marker for clinical early diagnosis and a new target gene for treatment of ovarian cancer.
