瘿气灵对Graves病患者血清Th1/Th2类细胞因子水平的影响

目的:探讨瘿气灵对Graves病(GD)血清Th1/Th2细胞平衡的影响。方法:收集初发未治的确诊为GD的患者147例,随机分成中西医结合治疗组和西药对照组,中西医结合组按中医辨证符合虚证(心肝气阴两虚)、实证(肝胃火旺)及虚实夹杂证。治疗组各组用瘿气灵5粒,tid;西药对照组用他巴唑5mg,tid。各组疗程均为3个月。采用超敏ELISA法检测各组血清IFN-γ(γ-干扰素)和IL-4(白细胞介素4)值,计算二者比值,治疗前后各一次。结果:各治疗组治疗前IFN-γ、IL-4值均明显高于健康对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),IFN-γ/IL-4值明显低于健康对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01);各治疗组治疗后IFN-γ、IL-4值均较治疗前下降,差异有显著性(P<0.01),IFN-γ/IL-4值各治疗组治疗后均较治疗前升高,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:瘿气灵通过调节Th1和Th2类细胞因子的表达来调整Th1/Th2平衡,改善GD患者的免疫失衡状态。

Effects of Yingqi Ling on Serum Levels of Th1/Th2 Cytokines in Patients with Graves Disease

Objective: To study the effects of Yingqi Ling on balance of serum Th1/Th2 cytokines in Graves disease(GD).Methods: 147 first diagnosed but untreated cases of GD were recruited and randomly divided into the treatment groups(treated both with Chinese and western medicine) and one control group(treated with western medicine only).By syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,the cases in the treatment groups could be classified into three categories: deficiency syndrome(deficiency of both Qi and Yin in heart and liver),excess syndrome(hyperactivity of fire in liver and stomach) and miscellaneous syndrome of deficiency and excess.All the treatment groups were given 5 tablets of Yingqi Ling,tid;while the control group was administered methimazole,tid,with the therapeutic course lasting 3 months for each group.The serum IFN-γand IL4 in all the groups were detected by the super-sensitive ELISA once before and after the treatment.The ratios were calculated.Results: The values of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the treatment groups were markedly higher(P<0.01) and the IFN-γ/IL-4 ratios were significantly lower compared with those in the control group before the treatment.The values of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the treatment groups decreased after the treatment(P<0.01),while the IFN-γ/IL-4 ratios increased(P<0.01).Conclusions: Yingqi Ling can regulate the Th1/Th2 balance by modifying the expression of Th1/Th2 cytokines,which might lead to alleviation of immunological imbalance in patients with GD.
