腹股沟疝无张力修补术35例体会

目的总结应用无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的经验。方法回顾分析本科从2003年1月至2005年12月使用美国Bard公司的疝环充填物及网状补片治疗的35例腹股沟疝病人的临床资料。结果巴德材料疝环充填式无张力疝修补术手术方法简便，术后疼痛轻，恢复快，并发症少。复发率低。缩论巴德材料疝环充填式无张力疝修补术手术方式更加符合人体解剖结构，效果好，安全可靠。

Clinical experiences of 35 patients with inguinal hernia via nontensile herniorrhaphy

Objective To summarize the therapeutic experiences of 35 patients with inguinal hernia via non - tenail hemiorrhaphy. Methods Operative data were retrospectively analyzed on 35 patients w/th inguinal hernia treated with Bard companys hernial ring filling and reticular pathes from Jan 2003 to Dec 2005 in our department. Results non - tensil herniorrhaphy with Bard hernial ring filling was an operative approach with the virtue of convenience,little pain ,rapid recovery and low recurrence. Condusion The operative manner of non -tensil herniorrhaphy with Bard hernial ring filling is safe,accords with anthropometry.
